1. About Alice Creative Co

Alice Creative Co hosts creative community events including game nights, movie screenings, workshops, and social gatherings in Jackson, Mississippi. These events are designed to bring people together through art, entertainment, and shared experiences.

2. Event Tickets

All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Tickets must be purchased in advance when required. Some events have limited capacity and once the maximum number of guests is reached, no additional entry will be allowed.

If an event sells out, tickets will not be available at the door.

3. Refund Policy

Unless an event is canceled by Alice Creative Co, tickets are generally non refundable.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified and may receive a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.

Refund requests must follow the ticket platform policies if tickets were purchased through third party platforms such as Eventbrite.

4. Event Conduct

Alice Creative Co is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

Guests attending events agree to behave respectfully toward others. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or actions that negatively impact the experience of other attendees may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Photography and Media

By attending an Alice Creative Co event, guests may be photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.

These photos or videos may be used on social media, marketing materials, or the Alice Creative Co website.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or recordings, please notify the event host upon arrival.

6. Liability

Alice Creative Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during events.

By attending an event, guests assume responsibility for their participation and agree that Alice Creative Co will not be liable for any personal injury or damages that may occur during the event.

7. Event Changes

Alice Creative Co reserves the right to modify event details including date, time, venue, or programming if necessary.

If significant changes occur, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Alice Creative Co website including logos, branding, images, and written content belongs to Alice Creative Co and may not be reproduced without permission.
